The members of the State Board of Examiners of Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Counselors may receive a stipend of sixty dollars ($60.00) per day for each day of attendance at a board meeting plus expense reimbursement pursuant to § 25-16-901 et seq. The stipend and expense reimbursement shall not be made if available funds are insufficient for this purpose.Acts 1999, No. 1588, § 5; 2001, No. 1650, § 8.
