When it appears to the State Board of Examiners of Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Counselors that a person is violating any provisions of this subchapter, the board or any member thereof shall not be required to furnish bond for any cost or filing fees in connection with the proceeding.Acts 1999, No. 1588, § 7.
