Section 17-28-306 - Reciprocity

The Board of Electrical Examiners of the State of Arkansas shall be authorized to issue licenses to those applicants holding equivalent licenses in other states, upon payment of the required fees and submission of proof of license in that state, provided an agreement has been reached with that state to recognize the electrical licenses held by Arkansas residents.Acts 1979, No. 870, § 11; A.S.A. 1947, § 71-5311; Acts 1997, No. 1289, § 10.
