Section 17-31-103 - Administrative procedure

All proceedings of the Arkansas Forestry Commission shall be governed by the Arkansas Administrative Procedure Act, § 25-15-201 et seq., in addition to the requirements set forth in this chapter.Amended by Act 2023, No. 691,§ 75, eff. 7/1/2023.Acts 1969, No. 535, § 23; A.S.A. 1947, § 71-2423.
