Section 17-32-306 - Registration without examination

A person holding a certificate of registration to engage in the practice of geology on the basis of comparable licensing requirements issued to him or her by a proper authority of a state, territory, or possession of the United States or the District of Columbia and who, in the opinion of the State Board of Registration for Professional Geologists, otherwise meets the requirements of this chapter may be registered upon application without further examination.Acts 1987, No. 470, § 14; 1987, No. 701, § 15.
