Section 17-33-203 - Administrative procedures

For the purpose of this chapter, all hearings conducted by the HVACR Licensing Board and all appeals taken from the decisions of the board shall be pursuant to the Arkansas Administrative Procedure Act, § 25-15-201 et seq.Acts 1991, No. 277, § 4.
