Section 17-33-306 - Expiration and renewal

All licenses or registrations issued under this chapter shall expire one (1) year after the date of issuance or at a time specified by the HVACR Licensing Board of the Department of Labor and Licensing. To renew a license or registration, the licensee must submit to the Department of Labor and Licensing before the expiration date on a form prescribed by the department the appropriate license or registration fees required by this chapter.Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 5436, eff. 7/1/2019.Acts 1991, No. 277, § 12.
