(a) Every registered residential interior designer shall annually renew his or her registration, submit proof of completion of continuing education units as required by the State Board of Registered Residential Interior Designers, and pay the renewal fee established by the board.(b) It is unlawful for any residential interior designer who fails to renew his or her registration to continue to use the title of 'registered residential interior designer'.Acts 1993, No. 959, § 13.
