(a) The violation of any of the provisions of this chapter or any of the rules of the State Plant Board promulgated under this chapter shall be deemed a misdemeanor.(b) Upon conviction, an offender shall be punished by a fine of not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) for the first offense, not less than one hundred dollars ($100) for the second offense, and not less than two hundred dollars ($200) plus ten (10) days in jail for each offense thereafter, with no suspension of fines or imprisonment.Amended by Act 2019, No. 315,§ 1426, eff. 7/24/2019.Acts 1975, No. 488, § 11; A.S.A. 1947, § 77-1810.
