Section 17-37-104 - Injunctions

(a) The State Plant Board is authorized to apply to any court of competent jurisdiction for, and the court, upon hearing and for cause shown, may grant, a temporary or permanent injunction restraining any person from violating any provisions of this chapter or of the rules made under the authority of this chapter.(b) The injunction is to be without bond.Amended by Act 2019, No. 315,§ 1427, eff. 7/24/2019.Acts 1975, No. 488, § 10; A.S.A. 1947, § 77-1809.
