No occupational license, authorization, or similar license taxes shall be issued by municipalities, counties, or other state or federal agencies, or subdivisions thereof, to any person to engage in pest control service work for compensation, unless the person holds a valid license issued by the State Plant Board to do that work.Acts 1975, No. 488, § 8; A.S.A. 1947, § 77-1808.
