Section 17-37-209 - Eligibility for reexamination

Any applicant who fails to pass the written examination in any classification must wait at least three (3) months before being eligible to take another examination in the same classification.Acts 1975, No. 488, § 4; 1985, No. 1036, § 1; A.S.A. 1947, § 77-1804.
