(a) Each licensed operator shall register with the State Plant Board the name and address of each agent or solicitor and shall pay to the board a registration fee annually for each solicitor and agent at the time of registration.(b) All registrations shall expire when the license expires.(c) In all cases in which a solicitor or agent violates the provisions of this chapter or the rules made under authority of this chapter, the violations shall be grounds for invalidation of the license held by the operator under which the solicitor or agent had been registered.Amended by Act 2019, No. 315,§ 1433, eff. 7/24/2019.Acts 1975, No. 488, § 4; A.S.A. 1947, § 77-1804.
