Section 17-37-216 - Refusal to issue license

The State Plant Board shall have the authority to refuse the issuance of a license even though a passing grade is made on the written examination if the board in its judgment, after reviewing the evidence of reference checks, deems the applicant is not morally and financially responsible.Acts 1975, No. 488, § 7; A.S.A. 1947, § 77-1807.
