(a) All fees collected under this subchapter and § 17-39-201 et seq. shall be deposited into the State Treasury to the credit of the Division of Arkansas State Police Fund.(b)(1) All funds received by the Division of Arkansas State Police shall be deposited into the State Treasury as special revenues to the credit of the Division of Arkansas State Police Fund.(2) Money remaining at the end of the fiscal year shall not revert to any other fund but shall carry over to the next fiscal year.Amended by Act 2021, No. 476,§ 1, eff. 7/28/2021.Amended by Act 2015, No. 393,§ 8, eff. 9/1/2015.Amended by Act 2013, No. 1216,§ 7, eff. 8/16/2013.Acts 1967, No. 413, § 5; A.S.A. 1947, § 71-2205.
