Section 17-40-310 - License and credential - Form

A license or credential when issued shall be in the form prescribed by the Director of the Division of Arkansas State Police and shall include the:(1) Name of the licensee or credential holder;(2) Name under which the licensee or credential holder is to operate; and(3) License or credential number and date of expiration.Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 5978, eff. 7/1/2019.Amended by Act 2015, No. 393,§ 64, eff. 9/1/2015.Acts 1977, No. 429, § 20; A.S.A. 1947, § 71-2141.
