Section 17-40-352 - License, credential, or commission - Record of denial, revocation, or suspension

(a) If the Director of the Division of Arkansas State Police denies the application or suspends or revokes a license, credential, or commission, or if a fine is imposed, the director's decision shall be in writing.(b) The notice of the decision shall be mailed to the applicant, licensee, credential holder, or commission holder within sixty (60) days of the director's decision.Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 5999, eff. 7/1/2019.Amended by Act 2015, No. 393,§ 91, eff. 9/1/2015.Acts 1977, No. 429, § 11; 1979, No. 907, §§ 5-8; A.S.A. 1947, § 71-2132.
