(a) The denial, suspension, or revocation of a license, credential, or commission under this chapter by the Director of the Department of Arkansas State Police may be appealed to circuit court and shall be governed by the Arkansas Administrative Procedure Act, § 25-15-201 et seq.(b) Venue for the appeal to circuit court under this section shall be in Pulaski County, Arkansas.Added by Act 2015, No. 393,§ 94, eff. 9/1/2015.
