Section 17-43-102 - Penalties

Any person who violates any provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine of not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than two hundred dollars ($200) or by imprisonment not exceeding three (3) months, or by both fine and imprisonment, and each day of violation shall constitute a separate offense.Acts 1957, No. 281, § 20; A.S.A. 1947, § 71-1620.
