Section 17-43-305 - Notice of examination results

Within sixty (60) days after the examination is given, the Arkansas State Board of Sanitarians shall notify by mail each person who took the examination as to whether he or she has passed or failed the examination.Acts 1957, No. 281, § 11; A.S.A. 1947, § 71-1611.
