Each person who passes the examination to the satisfaction of the Arkansas State Board of Sanitarians shall be issued a certificate of registration upon payment of a registration fee of ten dollars ($10.00).Acts 1957, No. 281, § 12; 1985, No. 582, § 5; A.S.A. 1947, § 71-1612.
