The Arkansas State Board of Sanitarians shall issue a certificate of registration without examination to any person who makes application on forms prescribed and furnished by the board, pays a registration fee of ten dollars ($10.00), and submits satisfactory proof that he or she:(1) Has had at least two (2) years' experience in the field of environmental sanitation; and(2) Is registered as a sanitarian in a state in which the qualifications for registration are not lower than the qualifications for registration in this state at the time he or she applies for registration.Amended by Act 2019, No. 990,§ 49, eff. 7/24/2019.Acts 1957, No. 281, § 14; A.S.A. 1947, § 71-1614.
