Section 17-45-101 - Penalties

Any person who engages in the business of cleaning septic tanks without having complied with the provisions of this chapter or who fails or refuses to comply with the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. Upon conviction that person shall be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than two hundred dollars ($200) or imprisoned not more than thirty (30) days, or both.Acts 1973, No. 71, § 5; A.S.A. 1947, § 71-2505.
