Section 17-45-104 - Customer receipt

Any owner or employee of a business licensed under this chapter, upon performing any work for which the business receives compensation, shall place his or her name and the number of the license issued to the business pursuant to this chapter on the customer's receipt.Acts 1973, No. 71, § 2; A.S.A. 1947, § 71-2502.
