Section 17-45-105 - Disposition of fees

All fees levied and collected under the provisions of this chapter are declared to be special revenues and shall be deposited into the State Treasury and credited to the general account of the Public Health Fund or any successor fund, fund account, or account.Amended by Act 2019, No. 386,§ 28, eff. 7/24/2019.Acts 1973, No. 71, § 3; A.S.A. 1947, § 71-2503.
