(a) Under this chapter, a licensee involved in independent private practice with the public shall:(1) Display his or her license; and(2) Immediately notify clients if his or her license expires without renewal or is suspended or revoked.(b) Under this chapter, a licensee whose license expires without renewal or is suspended or revoked shall immediately:(1) Notify his or her employer, employees, and partners that he or she is no longer licensed; and(2) Remove from public display his or her license certificate and license card.Amended by Act 2015, No. 1170,§ 6, eff. 7/22/2015.Acts 2003, No. 1274, § 2.
