Section 17-103-309 - Practice by electronic, telephonic, or other means

The provision of social work services to a client within this state through any means, including without limitation electronic means or by telephone, regardless of the location of the social worker, constitutes the practice of social work and is subject to this chapter and to rules adopted under this chapter.Added by Act 2015, No. 1170,§ 7, eff. 7/22/2015.
