Section 17-80-105 - Professional review under federal act

(a) The State of Arkansas hereby elects the early options in the provision provided in the Health Care Quality Improvement Act of 1986, for all healthcare entities subject to that act.(b) This section and powers granted shall be liberally and broadly construed so as to effectuate the legislative intent.Acts 1989, No. 104, § 1, 3.
