(a) Except as provided in subsection (b) of this section, no person shall implant jewelry into the mucous membrane of the eye of another person.(b) The Arkansas State Medical Board may authorize and regulate the practice of implanting jewelry into the mucous membrane of an eye.Acts 2005, No. 1688, § 2.
