(a) Any healthcare professional with prescriptive authority may request information on a person through the Arkansas Crime Information Center before writing or issuing a prescription to the person for a drug to treat erectile dysfunction.(b)(1) A healthcare professional is not liable for negligence for failing to request information under subsection (a) of this section before writing or issuing a prescription to a person for a drug to treat erectile dysfunction.(2) Evidence of the failure of a healthcare professional to request information under subsection (a) of this section is not admissible as evidence of negligence in any court or administrative proceeding.Acts 2006 (1st Ex.
