Section 17-81-301 - License required

In order to safeguard life and health, any person practicing or offering to practice chiropractic in the state shall be required to submit evidence that he or she is qualified to practice and shall be licensed as provided in this chapter.Acts 1971, No. 706, § 2; A.S.A. 1947, § 72-416; Acts 2001, No. 197, § 1.
