The Arkansas State Board of Dental Examiners shall keep a permanent record book in which shall be registered the name, age, address, and license number of each person legally entitled to practice dentistry or dental hygiene in the State of Arkansas, and it shall also keep other permanent records as it may deem necessary or expedient in the performance of its duties.Acts 1955, No. 14, § 6; A.S.A. 1947, § 72-539.
