(a) The Arkansas State Board of Dental Examiners at its regular annual meeting shall prepare a report of its receipts and disbursements and its transactions in general for the preceding year.(b) The report shall be filed with the Secretary of the Department of Health not later than September 1 of each year, and a copy thereof, certified by the President of the Arkansas State Board of Dental Examiners and the Secretary-treasurer of the Arkansas State Board of Dental Examiners, shall be filed at the same time with the Secretary-treasurer of the Arkansas State Dental Association.Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 4874, eff. 7/1/2019.Acts 1955, No. 14, § 33; A.S.A. 1947, § 72-566.
