All fees authorized by this chapter and all fines imposed by the courts and collected under the provisions of this chapter are the property of the Arkansas State Board of Dental Examiners and shall be paid or delivered to its secretary-treasurer to be disbursed as provided in this chapter.Acts 1955, No. 14, § 31; A.S.A. 1947, § 72-564.
