Section 17-82-402 - Penalties

Any person who violates the provisions of § 17-82-403 or any dentist who permits a person to violate the provisions of § 17-82-403 shall be subject to the penalties and sanctions as set forth in §§ 17-82-301(b) and (c) and 17-82-316.Acts 1985, No. 473, § 3; A.S.A. 1947, § 72-573.
