Section 17-84-103 - Penalty - Injunction

(a) Any person convicted of violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a Class B misdemeanor.(b) Any violation of the provisions of this chapter may be enjoined by the circuit courts of this state.Acts 1969, No. 197, § 16; A.S.A. 1947, § 72-1716; Acts 1991, No. 46, § 1; 2005, No. 1994, § 238.
