Section 17-84-303 - Unlawful practices

It shall be unlawful for any person to:(1) Sell or purchase a license or permit in a manner not authorized by this chapter;(2) Willfully alter, with the intent to defraud, any license or permit;(3) Represent as a valid license or permit one which has been purchased, fraudulently obtained, counterfeited, or materially altered; or(4) Willfully make a false material statement in any application to the Arkansas Board of Hearing Instrument Dispensers.Acts 1969, No. 197, § 14; A.S.A. 1947, § 72-1714; Acts 1991, No. 46, § 1.
