The Arkansas State Board of Nursing shall establish and collect fees and penalties for services relating to certification, examination, licensing, endorsement, certification for prescriptive authority, temporary permits, license renewal, certification renewal, and other reasonable services as determined by the board.Acts 1995, No. 409, § 12; 2005, No. 1423, § 3.
