The purpose of this subchapter is to:(1) Provide for the identification and treatment of individuals licensed or certified by the Arkansas State Board of Nursing who suffer from impairments;(2) Promote public health and safety; and(3) Ensure the continued availability of the skills of highly trained healthcare professionals for the benefit of the public.Amended by Act 2023, No. 234,§ 1, eff. 8/1/2023.Added by Act 2017, No. 325,§ 1, eff. 8/1/2017.
