All fees and penalties provided for in this chapter shall be received by the Arkansas State Medical Board, shall be deposited into the State Treasury, shall be credited to the State Medical Board - Occupational Therapy Fund, which is created, and shall be expended by the board in accordance with the appropriation by the General Assembly.Acts 1977, No. 381, § 20; A.S.A. 1947, § 72-1920.
