Section 17-88-301 - License required

No person shall practice occupational therapy or hold himself or herself out as an occupational therapist or occupational therapy assistant or as being able to practice occupational therapy or to render occupational therapy services in the state unless he or she is licensed in accordance with the provisions in this chapter.Acts 1977, No. 381, § 18; A.S.A. 1947, § 72-1918.
