Section 17-88-303 - Issuance pursuant to examination

(a) The Arkansas State Medical Board shall register as an occupational therapist and shall issue a license to any person who satisfactorily passes the examination provided for in § 17-88-304 and who otherwise meets the requirements for qualifications contained in this subchapter and pays a fee as determined by the Arkansas State Occupational Therapy Examining Committee.(b) The board shall register as an occupational therapy assistant and shall issue a license to any person who satisfactorily passes the examination provided for in § 17-88-304 and who otherwise meets the qualifications contained herein and pays a fee as determined by the committee.Acts 1977, No. 381, § 10; A.S.A. 1947, § 72-1910.
