(a) Members of the State Board of Optometry may receive expense reimbursement and stipends in accordance with § 25-16-901 et seq.(b) Expense reimbursement and stipends in accordance with § 25-16-901 et seq. shall be paid from the fees collected by the board.(c) The Secretary-treasurer of the State Board of Optometry shall receive such additional salary as may be fixed by the board, and approved by the Secretary of the Department of Health.Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 4881, eff. 7/1/2019.Acts 1941, No. 94, § 4; 1957, No. 102, § 1; 1975 (Extended Sess., 1976), No. 1035, § 1; A.S.A. 1947, §§ 6-616, 72-805; reen.
