Section 17-92-104 - Privilege tax unaffected

Nothing in this act shall be construed to repeal or anywise interfere with the collection of the privilege taxes now levied, or that may be levied, for state, county, or city purposes on the business of hawking, peddling, or street vending of goods, wares, and merchandise.Acts 1891, No. 50, § 15, p. 80; C. & M.
