The Arkansas State Board of Pharmacy, in its discretion and in addition to various remedies now provided by law, may apply to a court having competent jurisdiction over the parties and subject matter for a writ of injunction to restrain repetitious violations of the pharmacy laws of this state.Acts 1955, No. 57, § 15; A.S.A. 1947, § 72-1039.
