Nothing in this act shall be construed to authorize or permit any licensed or registered pharmacist to examine, diagnose, treat, or manage diseases or conditions of the human eye, lid, adnexa, or visual system or to adapt, fill duplicate, modify, prescribe, or sell contact lenses or prescription eyeglasses.Acts 1997, No. 1204, § 5.
