Section 17-92-1105 - Sample drug use not restricted

Nothing in this subchapter shall restrict the use of samples by a physician or advanced practice nurse during the course of working at a charitable clinic whether or not the clinic has a licensed outpatient pharmacy.Acts 2005, No. 162, § 1.
