Before entering upon the duties of the office, the members of the Arkansas State Board of Pharmacy shall take the oath prescribed by the Arkansas Constitution for state officers and shall file it in the office of the Secretary of State, who shall thereupon issue to each of the board members a certificate of appointment.Acts 1891, No. 50, § 3, p. 80; C. & M.
