Section 17-92-312 - Revocation and fine - Adulteration of drugs

Any licensed pharmacist who shall knowingly, intentionally, and fraudulently adulterate or cause to be adulterated any drugs, chemicals, or medical preparations and offer such adulterations for sale shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor. Upon conviction, his or her license shall be revoked and, in addition, he or she shall be liable to a penalty of not less than five dollars ($5.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100).Acts 1891, No. 50, § 9, p. 80; C. & M.
