Section 17-93-302 - Unlawful practice - Injunction

The courts of record in this state having general equity jurisdiction are vested with jurisdiction and power to enjoin the unlawful practice of physical therapy in the county in which the alleged unlawful practice occurred or in which the defendant resides. The issuance of an injunction shall not relieve a person from criminal prosecution for violation of this chapter, but the remedy of injunction shall be in addition to liability for criminal prosecution.Acts 1959, No. 141, § 15; A.S.A. 1947, § 72-1331.
